THE BRATWURST
Not all sausages are created equal, and ours are the best of the best. Our Bratwurst Sausages are made from a secret recipe developed through the ages and handed down to our award winning butcher in Germany, the traditional home of the bratwurst sausage.

The Bratwurst has a very high meat content (86% pork and bacon) complimented by a hint of cumin in a totally natural sausage casing. They truly are a completely different experience from their every day "common" sausage cousins.

The Bratwurst are served nestled in a freshly cooked (particularly crunchy) brotchen roll and finished off with tangy German mustard.

THE CURRYWURST
The Currywurst is a bratwurst sausage that is chopped into bite size pieces, covered with a warm tastebud-tingling sauce and topped off with a secret "golden powder." It's not what you'd expect from the name. It's not spicy and it's not what we traditionally think of as 'curry'.

You have to try it to know it... and once you've tried it... you'll be hooked.

We provide fresh, warm, crunchy brotchen rolls for dipping into the sauce (as you won't want to waste a drop... and we don't want you to either.)
